Sri Lanka - The Journey Begin

After a long and safe flight through KL on AirAsia, we touched down at Colombo. 

We are staying at Cinnamon Gardens in a former servant's quarters of a colonial mansion. It has a breezy and green garden that poke through the wrought iron windows. 

We dropped our bags and headed out to walk along Galle Face Green - snake charmers, ballon and kite sellers, food wallahs all lined the beach with locals taking a dip fully clothed, hiding from the sun under umbrellas.

Kids have adapted quickly back into tropical rickshaw life.
